hi my name is sahana my connection is England because my mum has a company there my other connection is Italy because i love pizzas and our class made a pizza oven and australlia because my godmother lives there and i don't get to see her often.

I am Sonali and I have many connections, firstly Sri Lanka as I was born in Sri Lanka and lived there until I was 19 years old, My next connections is New Zealand as I moved to study in the land of the long white cloud when I was 19 years old and I love kiwi people as they are so friendly and nice and some of my best friends are kiwi's, the human kind not the birds or the fruit :).That makes my connection to New Zealand ever so strong.As Sahana commented on her blog,I have a connection with England because my work head office is in London and we visit there 3 time a year, also Sahana's dad is English and hence that gives me even closer connections to the UK.On the way back from London we often stop in America and that makes me have a connection to Obama Land and Carls juniour burgers ..yum.Lastly, secretly I think I do have a connection to Mexico cos Spicy nachos are my favourite dish, aghh that makes me well connected doesnt it ?
my other connection is sri lanka because my mother and my grandmothere were born there which means i am half sri lankan. i have a connection to Holland because my other godmother lives there with her 2 children holland is famous for wind mills and bicycles.
Hello I am Pauline, Sahana' Grandmother and I live in Sri Lanka, where the population is 18 million, the currency is rupees, we eat Rice and curry and the weather is lovely and warm all year around.My connection to Sri Lanka is through birth but my connection to New Zealand is through my daughters, my grand children and my very good Kiwi friends who all live in Auckland, New Zealand. I do also have a connection to Scotland as my Great grand father was Scottish and he lived in Scotland .If I was to fly from Sri Lanka to Scotland it would take me 13 hours flying time and If I was to fly from New Zealand to Scotland it would take me 24 hours or more. I am so lucky to have all these close connections as they all involve very lovely people.
